It was okay, when I made the reservation I first confirmed the vehicle was an automatic and they said yes. I booked and received the confirmation and messaged the company so that was fine but when we went to pick up the car they didn’t actually have the booking even though I had booked 3 months in advance. The lady started to go through the process of filling out the form but then when I checked the car was an automatic she said it wasn’t, and the only other automatic they had was a bigger car because the one we booked was getting serviced. So we had to pay the extra money for the bigger car as we can only drive automatic. It did get sorted in the end and we didn’t have any issues but it was a bit frustrating, I would probably confirm with the company closer to the time to make sure they have the reservation.
