We got a different car than ordered. 10 minutes before delivery he changed it due to a car accident. Didn't he know that before? Plus, we wanted a manual and got an automatic. The daytime lights didn't work, returning the car "anytime" was also not an option - we left the car in a paid parking and the deposit was sent via Western union.

Kristi and his team were available for us from the moment we confirmed the booking and ansewered all our questions in record time. The car was a bit old, but made the trip without problems. Overall we are very happy with our reservation. As a suggestion, having a board with our name on the airport pickup could make the first meeting easier.
