Everything went smoothly, and I was especially impressed by the quick and efficient service. Sara was incredibly responsive, ensuring that I received the car promptly without any delays.The car itself was in great conditions.
I recommand.
The welcome, the car and the price were great, but be careful at the end... you sometimes drive on dirt tracks and other unfinished roads, which can make small impacts or marks on the car: they're already full of them... and when you return it, 1 or 2 are assigned to you. According to an Excel spreadsheet that's quickly thrown at you on the day you pick up the car, you owe 400€ but they'll kindly give you a price of 200... the system is well broken in...
Rented from Sarah, and everything was smooth from start to finish. Provided me with a 2022 Fiat Tipo automatic that well suited my needs for 5 days. They were very responsive to my texts and inquiries and readily available at all times. Pick up and drop off near Tirana Rinas airport. Would recommend.

Io e la mia amica avevamo prenotato una Hyundai i10 con cambio manuale ma abbiamo ricevuto una Volkswagen con cambio automatico. L'auto era comunque in condizione ottime, pulita e funzionante. Anche se avevamo prenotato un'altra auto, siamo rimaste soddisfatte e abbiamo preferito il cambio automatico in quanto abbiamo percorso davvero tanti km.
Unica pecca le tempistiche:ci è stata lasciata la macchina 45 min dopo l'orario previsto.
Se dovessimo tornare di nuovo in Albania sicuramente noleggeremo l'auto da lei.

Riguardo la mia esperienza di noleggio auto, tramite il sito Rent from Locals, con la Signora Sara non posso che essere soddisfatto.
La cosa che ha attirato la mia attenzione era la procedura semplice per noleggiare l'auto da Sara... Ed è proprio questo che certe volte serve (la semplicità)
Io ringrazio anche il marito di Sara, Erald che mi aspettava in parcheggio del aeroporto e mi ha chiamato al telefono per consegnare l'auto.
Entrambi molto cortesi, educati e comunicativi.

Overall, a positive experience with Sara. The communication is smooth and efficient all along, there was no hidden cost. The car condition was ok, and most of all, AC worked which is the only thing you'll need in July in Albania.

I don't recommend it at all, she brought us back another car than the one we booked (one without a sunroof), and she overcharged us for small scraches 350 euros, so think about taking out insurance.

First of all, we provided you the same car/model/year/fuel that you booked. As I mentioned the sunroof vehicle was on service but you are receiving the same model.
About the scratches, it is not true that you paid 350 € but 300 after discounting you the half of price for the rear bumper and the passengers door. As the damage matrix was on your hands at the moment of pick up, we don’t understand the reason of being upset and unsatisfied.

Communication was good. The meet up as well. Unfortunately we made a scratch on the bumper of the car. Also, there was a tiny scratch on the door. However, this was barely seeable. We had to pay 170€ for this scratch. We really felt mistreated by this amount. We were happy to pay for the bumper, but these extra costs for the door were ridiculous. She was not even there herself to check the car, but some other guy who did not speak english. It just felt like they wanted to make easy money off us. Bad experience.

At the drop off, the scratches on the bumper and the door were very visible, and the guy who took the car from you is our colleague as well.
The prices of the each part was mentioned on your contract as well and everything was transparent with you.
Next time, I would suggest to book with full coverage in order to avoid damage costs.

quick response from the rental company and very available. Sarah is responsive and is always there for you when needed. Good car with air conditioning. I just would have liked to be told that the car I had ordered was no longer available, they brought me the same one but without the sunroof. It's still a good car, arriving very clean. I recommend !

Im very disappointed that instead of thr hyundai accent that i booked i got fiat punto in a bad condition.
I was so disapointed by this provider. I ordered hundai i30, as it has navigation, automatic, AC in the description and its engine is 1,6.
My booking was accepted by the provider without letting me know before, that she is going to change the car and offered me this: Fiat punto is 2017, diesel very less consume and of course has the screen for bluetooth.
After few messages she wrote that tha car is not avalable and offered other one. This made me feel Unreliable about the provider. I had to cancel it and I lost 20€fee.
I´d recomend to give clear informations about the cars in the description and amke sure that the cars listed are avalable.
