The car was okay, but a couple of things were really annoying. The fuel gage did not work, we had some problems with the door lock and on the ground of the trunk there was a huge oil stain we just realized after putting our backpacks on it. They were kind of soaked with motor oil.. We told this in the end but there wasn't even any kind of apology.
Tout s'est très bien passé. La voiture était fonctionnelle et ses options agréables (climatisation, régulateur de vitesse, accoudoirs, vitres teintées).
De plus, la communication avec la propriétaire du véhicule était très facile et rapide.

The day before the big day, I learn that I won't be getting the car because it's in the garage: I should have been paid beforehand. So I'm renting a Golf 5 that's completely scratched and dented, that has trouble going uphill and that has a faulty battery (it has to be started every day, and even if it is, it takes at least 15 minutes to start properly). Not professional at all.
I am very disappointed with the service, arsenc gave me 2 different vehicles, the first had no power and it stopped on a descent in a mountain, I no longer had any brakes, I almost had an accident. The second vehicle we broke down...I stopped the rental after 3 days only arsenc was very threatening and I did not recover all of the money paid in kind, the trunk of the second car did not close, the front window was held with a screwdriver, and the vehicle broke down this rental ruined our vacation!!! I strongly advise against car ental and arsenc!

E' andato tutto molto bene. Consegna veloce ed assistenza impeccabile per un piccolo inconveniente. La macchina non era nuova, con tanti km, qualche difetto ma a noi poco è importato.

The car was not in a great condition. After 1 hour of driving there was a sign of overheating and we needed to stop, add water and throughout our whole trip we had to deal with that issue. Also we needed to stop to add air in the tires. Last but not least, they asked us to take the from the airport the day of getting the car, even though we have asked to take it from the center and so the solution was to take the car from the center and bring the responsible guy to the airport, which costed us money and time.

We are happy that we have not had another customer like you because after you finish your activities, you bring the car in bad condition, you drive badly and in the end the car is to blame. Arsenc car was far from new, but that was what we paid for. It did correspond to the pictures.
We had to add in some oil while on our stay, and a few lights turned on on the dashboard. But the car ride smooth, no major problem.
Biggest downside was that the A/C didn’t work.
Other than that, everything went smoothly, and arsenc was quick to respond and help whenever something happened.

To start with, it was by far the most terrible experience with car rental (and travelling in general) that we've ever had. Both the cars and the service (with the exception of Arje who was trying to be helpful) are going beyond imagination of "bad".
The car we got was rather a museum object that something that can drive anywhere. It broke the second day, and man from the rental commented that "it's not suitable to climb the mountains", I need to say that he was partially right because the car was not suitable to drive at all. We needed to change our plans and wait near the mecanic place for somebody to come from Durres to Himaré because they don't have anybody around. We reported that the car is not working already previous day but they sent us to mechanic, who claimed to repair it but after 15 min of driving the car died completely. The man from rental who arrived didn't speak English at all and didn't say us that the new car goes on a mixture of gas and petrol and theres a button to change it from one to another, so the next time we used it stopped in the middle of the road (car didn't give any previous warnings of fuel being low), catched a taxi to get some and refill it.
This adventure costed us 41 eur (9 for 5liter bottle, 12 taxi, 20 gas). The previous adventure costed us over 60 eur as we put it full petrol as soon as we took it. Both adventures costed, above all, a lot of time and nerves.
When dropping of the car, the men came around half an hour late when we needed to go to catch the flight already. He gave us back the money in LEK (while we paid in EUR) and told us to go to exchange when we were already late for the flight, not to say that is difficult to exchange LEK in other countries. It seems that arriving so late was part of the plan as it's quite obvious you rush for the plane and cannot argue about anything.
The rental itself was not expensive so we were expecting a low standard car, but it should be a car that is able to drive.
Never again. We lost time, money and good mood, at least we liked what we've manage to see in Albania in the moments that we were almost forgetting about being scared if the car will start or not.
Advice: take one of the most expensive cars, when car gets broken, problems start.
First of all, it was a bad experience for you, but for us it was much, much worse working with you because you had no knowledge and experience with cars at all. After receiving the first car, it is used in the worst way when climbing mountains, keeping the air conditioner on, overloading it when the car is only 1.3 engine power and thus causing the car to heat up. Anyway, we suggest you read a little before driving a car because it caused us a loss of €500, of which we didn't ask you for a single penny. Second, in order not to delay your trip to Albania, we suggested a service to finish the job as soon as possible, and when this was not resolved, we left directly from Durres to bring you another car. We don't have planes that come to you for 10 minutes and the distance is understandable. After I bring you the car with a certain amount of fuel inside, it moves in any places you wanted and pretended to walk without fuel. We paid the fuel costs as much as you were entitled to, together with the service, together with the deposit that we returned to you, and we did not keep any additional money for the damage that it brings us. To conclude, YOU ARE THE MOST UNRESPONSIBLE CUSTOMERS we have had.
Do NOT book with arsenc! We got an absolutely shit show of a car, we're actually surprised it got us through Albania. Upon pick-up he tried to get another €50 of us as 'deposit', even though we already made a deposit through rentfromlocals and we only still had to pay for the car. We didn't give it to him. He left us the car with the tank completely empty, the light was already on. However, upon return, he tried to scam us by saying the tank was half full. He even sent us a picture, even though the time on that picture did not match with the time we picked up the car. Luckily for us, we made a picture upon pick-up ourselves and after sending it to him he left it at that. Or, so we thought. We were supposed to drop off the car in the middle of the night at Tirana Airport. We got unclear instructions and basically had to leave it in some parking space with no instructions as to where to leave the key. An employee from a nearby hotel came to our rescue, he talked to arsenc on the phone and we left the keys with him. Then, the next day, we got a message saying we messed up the car and that there was a lot of damage. I told him the car was already messed up and that I made pictures and that we were absolutely not paying shit. Good think we didn't give him the extra deposit because he sure would have taken any money he could get from us.
First, thank you for all the description you want to bring to your advantage.
Second, get a little more information about the payments that are well written on the platform. The deposit is a payment that is made at the moment we meet, i.e. Cash, the payment you make in the system does not belong to us but to the platform. Finally, thank you for the damages caused to the vehicle!
Cosa dire...l'auto che ci hanno dato era un rottame nel vero senso sella parola... spie accese, pezzi che si staccavano ovunque, sedili lacerati, ammortizzatori finiti, sporcizia ovunque... ok che è una macchina economica ma almeno un minimo di decenza...
Voiture qui n était récente mais qui a fait largement son travail , aucun souci mécanique durant notre séjour.
Arsen était présent à notre arrivée à l aéroport.
