The car is old and there were some issues with electrical devices.
-the elecric lock sometimes did not work. I changed even battery to the key but no help. A lot of work for that
-air condition fan gave very bad soud time to time
-pee boy tank was empty and left side of the pee boy was broken
-strainge menthod of operation is that the tank is empty when you start renting. It took one hour to find a gas statation which was open in late night. Our schedule destroyed
-driver`s seat was bad to sit. I got a painful back.
-booking policy was ok. Amarildo handeled that professional and it was easy to have contact to him
-the rent price was reasonable but for those issues the nerves were tensed time to time.
-if you have dream to get to know the counryside in Albania this 4*4 Jeep is perfect. Only some care for the car technique from Amarildo it will be perfect

Regarding the driver's seat and overall comfort, we’ve reviewed this with the team. While we didn’t notice any issues during previous checks, we will continue to explore potential improvements.
As for the fuel tank, we want to clarify that there are three 24-hour gas stations just 300 meters from the airport, in two different directions. These stations, like the majority in Albania, are open around the clock with attendants available to fill up the tank.

Everything was ok. Proposal: It would be good to keep the tire pressure at the good level, because it is very difficult to find a tire inflator in the city. those who wanted to help at the gas station asked for 5 euros, and the end result was bad. After that, they helped me in a tyre workshop, but even there I almost had to pay, only the young colleague was decent, not so hungry for money.
Great rental experience. Excellent communication throughout, easy to find on arrival, car as described and worked without issue throughout our whole trip. Very friendly and helpful too. Would highly recommend. Much better than going with one of the big international rental companies!
