I was a bit nervous to use this platform but our experience was smooth. The rental price was fair and we added the insurance just in case. Thankfully there was no incident so I can't comment on the effectiveness of the insurance. Kejdi sent us his location near the airport and came to pick us up. When we returned the car Ervin gave us a ride back to Hotel Airport Tirana. We recommend this hotel also by the way. The car was clean and ran well. Thank you Ervin and Kejdi.

Everything went well. Ervin was very flexible. Got the deposit right after the end of the rental. One remark is that the car was an old one with more than 100k kms.

Very good car and it arrived with 2 very good car seats as requested which is not always the case in Albania. The car was delivered early the evening before with no extra charge and picked up as requested at our hotel. Great communication from start to finish and this and another vehicle were returned with no problems after 5 days of use and our deposits were returned without issue. Thank you.

Evrin advised that due to a Presidential visit in Tirana that he would deliver the vehicles the evening before with no extra charge. The vehicle was as described and perfect for the 9 of us. It served us very well for a 5 day period around Tirana. The process from start to finish was excellent and I would have no problems recommending the service. Thank you for everything.
