Everything went smoothly. Mr Redis was easy to talk to and was really helpful with everything. The rental was honest - he informed us upfront about the price of cleaning, which was 10€ total both for interior and exterior. He also filmed the car beforehand because of the scratches it already had and sent me the video for transparency. In addition he offered the transfer from Tirana to Saranda with prices competitive to the bus agency but we had already booked a bus. Definitely try your luck if you are travelling from Tirana. The price for the rental was really good. Oh and also this: Mr Redis works as a traffic police officer in Saranda so if you get yourself in trouble, give him a call. Next time I'll definitely book with him again!
