All went good
The car is as in the picks. No option to gps. The battery was empty after I forgort the lights on fron 12 to 20 one day, to be honest. And they were pending the issue, but I had to pay for the recharge of the battery and they didn't refounf to me, even I paid for the extra assurance.after the battery was empty, 2 alarms showed on the car pannel, rewiew the brakes and right light. Appart that I lost a lot of time with the battery, I cant visit a city because the batery was empty again and the alams was on again, I didnt feel safe at all driving that car along the roads. The return time was very estrict, even when I had that problem, they give me 1 extra hour. And because I culdnt stop the car during my back trip, I give them the car with a bit less gas, but they didnt give it importance. They try to help me, but it was a stress and unconfortable situation. I try to follow the route that the most of the tourits do, but I cant completed.

Regarding to the problem that you have , was only the battery.
You left the lights on all the night and we explained you before you sign the contract.
Full insurance works only for accidents , theft , damages to the parking that goes with Police Report.
Leaving the car lights all night , doesn't mean that full insurance will help you.
We have been speaking 24/7 to you , helping you with as much as we could , and at the contact the delivery was written Rinas , 16:00 pm 13/8/2024 and we let you to deliver the car 1 hour later and we paid your taxi from our side to send you to Tirana .
We have been supporting you all the time with the problem so this Review for us most not be but you have all the rights to write because it was your fault leaving the lights and you made a damage to us 200€ that the battery of the car was almost brand new and you charged to somewhere in the world that damaged our battery but we didn't say a word to you except tried to satisfied.
Thank you for your review , but next time before you write something for a company, make sure you to be 100% clear and responsible.

There was a problem with the car what we reserved, so we got a better one for the same price. It turned out that we are not able to pay with card, because the office was closed.
Apart from that everything went smoothly.
