It was very difficult to make any plans with shpetimr. When we finally made plans - and confirmed them a couple of times over the phone - he still changed plans at the last minute. This majorly changed our holiday plans. We were asked to drop him off at a city at least 3 hours away from the pick-up and to pay for his taxi to the bus terminal. Moreover, we received the car a day later than we booked and had to drop it off a day earlier without receiving money back. Car was not in a good shape: a couple of lights in the dashboard. To top it all off, we received the car with the fuel tank completely empty (completely at the last bar). We were scared we weren't going to make it to the gas station. To summarize, ridiculously difficult to make any plans and just brought about a lot of stress. Would not recommend.
