Everything went smoothly, no hassle at all! Would definitely recommend
The car we were given matched the photos, but: on the website, it was listed as a 2013 model, while it was actually from 2010. The tires were worn, the material covering the gear shift was damaged and partially missing, and the remaining part was sharp. The car was supposed to have a GPS, but it did not. On the second day, a piece under the car started dangling and scraping on the asphalt. Additionally, for the driver, a driver's license was provided, and for the cross-border travel, both passports were handed over, but the insurance was made out to the person who did not have the license, which, of course, was never sent. When picking up the vehicle, they arrived an hour and a half late.
I highly recommend Xhenie and portal rentfromlocals.al. Overall, everything was handled great. There was a slight problem with meeting at the airport. Everything else were perfect: the car, price and contact.
Everything went smoothly. Xhenie was always available when we contacted him.
Would definately recommend his service.

Everything was good. The service was also good. Only the car couldn't cope with the mountains with 4 people on board. It's not too much to expect from a city car. It was small but there was no problem with parking. I will recommend you to my friends.

Everything went very smoothly and pleasantly. And of course, a very nice car.
Car was great, dealing with Xhenie was easy, pick up (downtown Tirana) and dropoff (airport) was smooth. We did have an initial problem - the previous renter was several hours late returning the car. Not Xhenie's fault, but it is a downside of not using one of the major rental brands (no spare cars). We had to stay an extra night in Tirana to wait for the car, but Xhenie paid for the hotel.
Vynikající služby od Noor Rent a Car a jeho majitele Xheni. Měli jsme objednaný golf a dostali jsme auto vyšší třídy s odpuštěním navýšení ceny. Na cestě nás bohužel naboural řidič s autem bez poznávací značky a pojištění a z místa ujel. Vše jsme nafotili a natočili. Ihned jsme volali majiteli a ten vše zařídil, zavolal policii, vše s nimi vykomunikoval a ještě nám zařídil nové náhradní auto. Velmi vstřícný a profesionální přístup. Moc děkujeme!

the car was changed for the worse a few hours before the start of the rental. I did get a discount, but the car we got was not satisfactory to us. apart from that, good contact with the owner, pick-up from the airport was a big plus even at night. mixed opinions
Everything went smoothly, Xhenie was nice and tried to help us with everything. In general, I would still recommend them because everything else was smooth and without any problems. The deposit was returned without waiting and everyone was nice and really helpful. We will definitely use their service again in future!
I would really love to leave all positive review, but there was one negative aspect I must mention. Only a few hours before we were supposed to collect the car, they changed our car for another model (this was not a big issue) but the new car came with a crack in the front glass and shattered wing mirror. We took it as a part of the experience and still enjoyed a nice vacation in Albania, but I can imagine it would have been a deal-breaker for some people. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
The car was delivered at Sarande, and was turned back at Tirana Airport. The car was in good shape and everything went smoothly, he was very reactive and comprehensive by WhatsApp, I recommend! Thank you!
