Communication with Alesia was great, she were on whatsap anywhere i need to ask. Pick up of the car was smoothly and on the time. We had Golf 5. Car was a little bit dirty in and out. After couple of days we had troubles with the brakes, every second push of the pedal didnt work. Guys from Alesia comes to us and fixed it. Alesia was very helpful. 7/10

Molto efficente e precisa. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema (la vaschetta del tergicristallo perdeva acqua, ma non sapendo che era quella ci siamo spaventati) ha contattato un collega vicino ed è venuto a controllare la macchina. Risolto in mezz'ora. Consigliatissimo

Everything was fine and the car (Golf 6 1.6 diesel Automatic) matched the description. The car managed a week-long trip across Albania without a single problem. Communication with the owner is great. I definitely recommend renting from here, and I'll be happy to rent a car here when I visit Albania again

Transmission was iffy, had problems with switching gears. He said they would fix it.

Otherwise worked fine, but had a 5 euro extra fee in case I didn't wash the car.

The car comes empty of fuel and should be returned "empty" which is understandably difficult to do.

Alésia a été très gentille et très claire dans ses instructions. La voiture nous a été remise directement après notre atterrissage, malgré notre retard d'avion de deux heures, ce qui montre leur grande compréhension. La voiture était bien propre et n'avait aucun problème. Je recommande vivement.
