Everything went very well! The car I originally booked was not available, but I got an alternative, it was delivered very clean, there is a 5 EUR cleaning fee, or you can bring it clean and not pay that fee, but I prefered paying the fee. The car worked perfectly, drove very well, no isses at pick up or when returning the car, locks and everything works perfectly, fully recommended experience and very nice seller! If we visit Albania again would work again with halims!

Everything went well during the car rental period. However, I rented a diesel car, with GPS and parking sensors. The day before, sent me a message saying that this car was broken and that he had a gasoline Nissan Note, without the same characteristics and dirty inside. All this for the same price, without any discount, they were only available to return the deposit (in case we didn't pick up the car). It was our only option and we had to accept it. Fortunately, everything went well but it was a very unpleasant situation. Still, add that it is very easy to maintain contact with him.
thank you for your opinion, but you should be more correct with your opinions, you are very right that we changed your car because of a problem with the car, but what can we give you a discount, when you paid 76 euros for 4 days, and you took the car washed and brought it unwashed, we didn't ask you for 5 euros of the fee as everyone else paid it. you need to appreciate the record service that we provide, you need to show all of them, not just these .I bring you the car 1 hour faster than you had reserved, I waited 2 hours longer than you had the delivery, these are costs but you didn't estimate them. Anyway, thank you very much, respect.

Selected car was not availible but we got something similiar, car had problem with engine on low rpm. Also we were told that car has something to play music like aux or something but it was not there, we had to but bt transmiter. Also there is cleaning fee 5€ if we dont wash the car.
I'm sorry but it's not correct with what you tell me, the car doesn't have a problem with the engine, but the engine light is on, the reason in Albania is bad fuel, and the cars I use keep that light on, the car works perfectly, and for aux, the car has aux in I can send you a photo of the decision of the aux, but here they are not charged, and the normal 5 euros that you will pay because you get the car washed and you have to bring it to be washed. This is shown to you when you receive the car

Everything went perfect. Contact was smooth, car looked exactly like on pictures. We rented Mitsubishi Outlander and we recommend this car.
