Experience was awesome. The Mini was great to drive with across the country. The service was great and everything went smoothly. The drop off at night was easy & straight forward as well.

All good, car was great, only be ready that full insurance does not cover everything like tires and other stuff. Also there is a 10 Euro cleaning fee.

We experienced issues with this car throughout our entire trip.

On the second day, a check engine light came on. We immediately contacted the rental agency, which reassured us by saying it was not dangerous and that it was simply due to the quality of fuel in Albania — which, by the way, cost us €1.75 per liter — and was supposedly “mixed with water.”

Unfortunately, the car struggled to climb hills, which are quite common in Albania, and this repeatedly put us in dangerous situations. Four days before the end of our stay, the car broke down completely on a hill on the highway and would no longer shift gears. This was a very distressing situation, especially considering how serious it could have been if a vehicle had been driving fast behind us.

Following this, we contacted the agency’s insurance, which directed us to a garage. We spent about an hour there, but no real repairs were made. The mechanic claimed to have changed a filter, but we saw him standing the entire time and never going under the car. We strongly suspect that he simply turned off the check engine light.

On top of that, the insurance representative spoke to us in a very aggressive tone, saying: “You’re the ones who put in the fuel.” And when we asked where we could find good quality fuel, he replied — and I quote — “I’m not a fuel producer.”

This car truly ruined part of our trip, as we were unable to visit several places due to its lack of power. It constantly posed a safety risk throughout the entire journey.

We therefore do not recommend this rental agency, as the vehicle was unreliable and the customer service both careless and unprofessional.

The vehicle was delivered in proper working condition. The “check engine” light appeared later during your rental and, as we explained immediately, it was likely due to fuel mixed with water — an issue that can occur at certain fuel stations in the region. Please note that we are not responsible for the quality of fuel, as we do not supply it ourselves.

Despite this, you were assisted promptly and were not charged anything extra. The mechanic did carry out the necessary work — the filter that was replaced is located next to the battery, so it does not require going underneath the vehicle, contrary to what was claimed. After this intervention, the car continued to operate normally.

It’s also important to mention that you requested financial compensation, which we could not approve since the situation did not warrant it.

We understand that the frustration over the denied compensation may have led to the tone and content of your review, but we assure you that our team acted professionally and in a timely manner throughout.

I rented a BMW for 10 days. I had no issues with the car, but at the time of return, the owner inspected every tiny detail trying to find any scratch — even though the car was already scratched on all sides when I picked it up. In the end, he found a tiny mark, about the size of my little finger, on the lower part of the car and kept half of the deposit. That’s really not fair — I don’t recommend this rental provider.

I wish I could say that everything went well. After maybe 100 kms the car started saying motor failure and motor oil change due. When we contacted the car rental the answer was " for technical issues please contact road assistance" and the phone number. This is what you do not want to hear/read. The messages on the display kept appearing for the whole of our rental period (6 days). The car didn´t stop or anything so we managed to return the car without having to call assistance. But it didn´t make us feel comfortable. When returning the car the guy at the rental booth told us that the car has been serviced a short while ago and maybe they just didn´t reset the messages. My recommendation is to have a contact for the owner (or guy who actually rented the car) not only a general contact.

Nice 10 of 10, good that there's the option to deliver the early morning without problems.

Good communication.

The car had some details i understand the year of the car, isn't new ofc.

The point to improve is to update the pictures of the car with actual ones.

The seats of the smart,are completely damage, at least can put a fabric protector or something to have a better presentation.

The sticker of the rear window should be removed.

And the passenger door sometimes doesn't close.

The had brake needs to be adjusted.

The price of the cleaning at the moment of return the car, should be only when you return the car completely dirty and not for a normal use

I didn't like that tried to claim 10 euros for the cleaning and I needed to cleaned by my self to avoid that charge.

The rental office is conveniently located not far from the airport. The staff member we dealt with was friendly and welcoming, which we really appreciated.

However, the car itself was in terrible condition. It had dents and scratches all over the body. Warning messages were showing on the dashboard, possibly due to missed maintenance. In the mountains, the car was extremely noisy and felt unreliable.

Additionally, for the first time in all my car rental experiences, we were charged an extra fee for a car wash — not for excessive dirt.

As a person, I recommend the staff member. But as for the car — definitely not.

Thank you for sharing your opinion It would be better not to misinform you, to be as correct as possible because throughout your trip you have not expressed any complaint, or uncertainty that you have we let you know that on the first day that we are ready 24 hours/7, for everything I am sorry that you are upset about the cleaning fee but it is a fee that is specified in the contract, signed by you, in case the car is returned dirty.
