I do not recommend this rental company. We have been deceived. Instead of the Hyundai i30 we ordered, we were given a half-older VW Passat. It was explained that the air conditioning in the ordered car did not work, but. no one informed us about this in advance. I will add that the driver was 1.5 hours late at the planned location, and the ordered child seat was not in the car. The manager delivered a car seat that was not suitable for a child. We accepted this car because we were pressed for time, but it was in poor condition. Very damaged inside. It was not suitable for driving in Albania because it was difficult to start downhill. He got up against the hill and couldn't move for a long time. We were given a discount of only 11 euros, although such old cars can be rented much cheaper. I honestly don't recommend it!!!!
