The car was ok, but...
The only problems were that we had the obligation to call the police if we saw a new scratch (small ones too),
Be very careful and because they tried to make us pay for small scratches that were already there. Luckily I had made a video of the entire car around it.
On the other hand, I don't understand why it is mandatory to pay €10 when returning the car for cleaning. We have never had to pay for cleaning because we have always taken very good care of the cars.
On this occasion the car was very clean without sand or dirt, so I don't understand why we should pay €10

Thank you for your comments, comming to the points:
- scratches: if something happens to the car, you notify us and we let you now regarding the procedures that you need to follow.
We ask all our clients to check and make picture of the car before you sign the agreement, so everyone is ok. Also our guys check all the details and ask if you have had any issue.
- carwash: we inform every client that rents our cars since the beginning that cars are taken washed and need to bring them washed, otherwise needs to pay the fee (wash is antibacterial washing that costs 12€ in fact).
Regarding everything else, We are very happy that you enjoyed your holidays in Albania and thank for visiting our country.

Everything went as smoothly as possible. Car was nice and new, worked great. Communication with rental was easy, everybody speaks english, and even card payment was not a problem. Thank you guys for your service and support, especially when solving problem with pierced tire.
Everything went well and the car was brand new. Perfect car for holiday, lugage and for family with 3 children. The car was very economical. I recommend Rentina.

This was a really good experience. This is how it works:
I booked through Rent From Locals and communication was very easy. I actually picked up the car at EuropCar at Tirana Airport, from a Rent From Locals contact. This was the only part was annoying, because we were waiting almost 40 minutes for someone to arrive.
However, once we got to EuropCar, it took 5 minutes. We paid by card, checked over the car, and left. The guys were super nice and stayed in contact. The drop-off in Saranda was also easy. The car was exactly as pictured, immaculate and in perfect condition. We were requested to either get the car washed before return or give the person €10, which is quite reasonable (this is the same price as a car wash but saves time).
I really recommend renting from this person. The overall experience and price were great; good value compared to other car rental companies. Thank you!

The price is affordable, though not by much.
We chose a Sandero Stepway, with a large fuel tank and very good road handling, even on rough terrain.
However, the organization needs improvement:
-The meeting point at the airport wasn't clear, nor was the person we were supposed to meet.
-We had chosen a gasoline car but were given a diesel one.
-The steering was very stiff.
-The return of the car was handled by another person, completely unknown to us.
-Unexpectedly, we were asked to pay an additional €10 for the car wash.

Everything perfect! The guy was extremely kind and helpful. If I return to Albania, I would definitely rent from them again. The car was very modern plus when we forgot an item in the car, they promptly informed us and sent it back. Really kind and professional!

Everything went well, it was a bit of a search at the airport but all went well. The car was better than expected. With the return of the car it was a bit of a search of where to drop the car but owner was flexible so everything turned out well.
I booked for a car from 2024 and they gave me another car, at least from 2019 and with 270.000km, dirty inside and full of hits. Also many repaired hits that you could see. I could book a 2019 car and pay less money than I did.
It is sad because we saw there are good coments and we were recommended by a friend.
