Everything went uncomplicated and super well!
On the positive side, the car took us everywhere we needed to go, easy pick up and drop off but ...
- the engine error light was still on
- the brake error light was still on
- the ESP not working light was still on
- the brake check message kept flashing

Great experience. Car that we ordered had accident just few hours before our rental, so we got different for the same price. We had minor problems with the car, but everything got fixed and the communication was excellent. Could only recommend.

Everything was good, Besi is very friedly man and road with his car was amazing. Also car was for gas so it was cheap.

Besi provided excellent service and took great care of us. The car (Mercedes E 350 EVO) was a stylish companion for our 5-day stay in Albania. It was in excellent condition. Besi picked us up at the airport and handed over the car in the airport parking lot. He responsibly showed us and documented every minor scratch on the car. Within 15 minutes, we were ready to go. We received a tip on where to fill the LPG gas tank near the airport. The car worked perfectly throughout our trip. There was no need to worry about LPG availability, as it is available at almost every gas station, and it's four times cheaper than petrol. We returned the car to a parking lot near the airport. Besi quickly checked the car and then transported us to the airport terminal. Overall, we were really happy with everything and highly recommend Besi's service!
The car behaved well, the price is fair and Besi is a serious local you can rely on. I definitely recommend.
