First car that was delivered to me had engine management light on breaks squeaking advised rental company told me it would be fine drive one hour and half before car broke down, they brought me a totally different car that was even worse than the first had pins holding door together roof material falling down etc after 3 hours of waiting on the side of the road 2nd car battery went dead had to get a jump start of a mechanic charged €10 car rental called me a liar that i paid that didn’t want to refund me for the fuel I put in the first car overall I would say avoid the company the cars are old and not fit owner will also threaten you when u get annoyed with him after arguing for your fuel money back abysmal company do not use!!!!

On the first day the car was okay, on the 2nd day when you were heading to Saranda, the car encountered a problem in Fier, a city, 2 hours away drive from us. To make you feel safe we offered you help and brought you another car, which was in a very good condition(at least mechanically). As far as the fuel is concerned, we offered you as well a fair compensation.

You did not agree with the amount offered and we really wanted to respect you as a customer and offered you the amount you asked for, despite of the fact that you did not have a receipt, a photo or anything to prove how much the value was. Your car battery died 5 days after using the car on the way back to Tirana since you forgot to turn off the car lights when the car was parked and the battery as a result got discharged. You turned on the car for 10 Euros and asked again for a compensation when you were previously informed that for any inconvenience we offer 24h service and maintenance for our cars. We are sorry to hear that you have felt threatened, on the contrary, we tried our best to compensate you for the assumed paid amount for the fuel, to be understanding that you took the car to a service without contacting the company and we apologized for the problems you encountered.
