The car we got from Begi was great, it was very nice to be able to drive past the coast in Alabania with a cabriolet. Everything worked fine. We accidentally made some damage to the back of the car, but due to the full insurance this was covered. Thank you very much Begi, if we are in Albania again, we will certainly hire a car here again. Definitely recommended!

everythıng was great as communıcated from the ınıtıal contact. the process was fast ın rentıng the vehıcle and the staff that looked after us was frıendly and very helpful. returnıng vehıcle was just as smooth wıth no complıcatıon.we would recomend rentıng from thıs company as we wıll be doıng so agaın. thank you begıh and the helpful gentleman at pıck up and drop off.

I was satisfied with the car and I would rent again. I would welcome the fuel policy to be full-full as it is done in big rentals, I lost 15€+ because of it. I always wonder if they drain the extra fuel from the car or what is their motivation to not have full-full policy. I just want to mention quite unpleasant miscommunication during return of the car. The day before return I sent message via WhatsApp that I will return the car "after 13", at 12:03 I sent a message that we are having lunch close to the airport... We arrived to the return place at 13:25. The operator on WhatsApp told me that that meaning of "after 13" is "between 13-15" and the guy will be back after 1h!! Luckily the guy was back after +-30 minutes so everything was fine at the end and we caught the flight as planned.

but in the reservation the schedule was at 15.00, you asked us earlier, we said yes

Everything was allright! Thank you! We got out car, payed in cash and checked together with the owner condition of the car. It was exactly the car we choose :)
Everything was fine, i had only 1 problem that car I rented has damaged reserve wheel (spare wheel) without any tools like wrench to remove wheel and jack to lift the car into air... I think this is very important to have on the roads in albania.

But in the car you had fix a flat tire, emergency aerosol
we chose this for the tires to be simpler, safer, without risking changing the tire in the middle of the road, usable by everyone!

We had the FORD focus 2007, car was in good condition technically. Few scratches from the outside otherwise without problem. The lessor communicated well, contract didn’t have any unpredictable provisions.
Everything was great, our flight was delayed by more than 1,5hrs and he waited for us to deliver the car. Didn't have any problem at all with the car, it worked very well despite being a bit old. I would rent from him again.
