Very good service and very friendly, they adapted to the vehicle collection. The only problem is that I lost out a bit by not returning the car with a full tank. But in general, good treatment and very professional.
La voiture qui nous a été allouée n'est pas du tout celle choisie. Nous avions choisi 1 voiture récente avec climatisation et nous avons eu une vieille Mercedes sans climatisation et avec des alertes au tableau de bord.
Sinon, Xheni est très réactif et répond par WhatsApp très rapidement donc au final expérience correcte

The car was a wrecked car. With lots of scratches from repairs with screws everywhere. The car is very dangerous.
The gearbox jumps very regularly. We notified the owner of the car. We broke down the day before taking the plane 3 hours drive from Tirana due to the gearbox with all our luggage and 2 young children.
the only solution was to take a bus (which no longer ran) with our children and our luggage.
We had to pay for a taxi at our own expense. We have traveled to over 15 countries and this is the first time we have encountered a scammer.
Never rent from this person.
We also got back only half of our deposit
The locals called the person without answer.

We experienced a terrible situation with this dangerous person,he damaged and abandoned the car refusing to tell the exact location, we can post as prove the conversation picture and the police report.
You damaged the car during your 20 days rental,did not notify us for any problems with the car or gear box.you drove the car for 3 weeks causing ongoing damage you never cared to notify us for the problems.you left the car in the middle of street in a place 200 km of Tirana and did not send a live location of where you left car.it took us 2 days to find the car.
I should have called the police immediately.
Nobody kept your deposit.You told us to keep 50 euro for the fuel but for that you lied again.the car took 110 euro for fuel to be in the same level it was when you pick up.
I should have know what irresponsible person you are since the moment you did not care to put you children 4 year old on car seat.
You are very reckless and dangerous person and all the car rental companies should be notified to never rent a car to an ,fraudulent and irresponsible person like you.
Although we had a big problem with the flight. This resulting in moving the whole trip by one week just the day before the original departure, Xhenie was able to re-book the car immediately and even found another car for an extra day we needed. The car and all services around was exactly as booked. I can fully recommend this rental. Ivan
Despite the cheap price of the car, the quality did not correspond to which the page anounced.
The state of the car was no so good, we had a problem with the car gear shit and the car stopped in our route. Rental staff went to solve the problem but we think the car was not in good conditions. At the end of renting, the staff wanted to charge us the deposit to clean the car, we discussed about that and finally we recovered the deposit, because the car was not cleaned at the pick up. Staff doesn.t speak english.
This is a very dishonest review by a very dishonest person.
The car was in excellent condition.
This person damaged the gear by forcing it,completely his mistake.
The gear was perfectly fine.
Anyway we send assistance on road to fix the gear,caused by his maltreatment of car.we did not charge anything for the service.
We give the car clean and expect to be in the same condition when returned.he bring the car dirty and did not accept to pay.
I wish i did not accept this order.

We expected a Golf 7 but instead we had Golf Jetta wich was bigger and at the beginning we thought is ok but after we realised is more difficult to drive in Albania as the traffic in the cities are crazy. But everything was good and Xheni did a good service. Thank you!

Son rimasto molto soddisfatto e sorpreso in positivo da questo autonoleggio. La consegna ed il rilascio della macchina è stata rapida e semplice, la macchina era quella prenotata online, e anche più accessoriata di quanto pensassi. Tutto ciò ad un prezzo molto più competitivo rispetto alle agenzie più rinomate.

I had a smooth experience with the car rental overall. Although there were some initial issues with the car, the staff quickly replaced it without any hassle. I appreciate the prompt service and professionalism. Everything else went well, and I’d rent from them again.

The driver for pick up was late, but it wasn’t big problem for us. The car informed us about some issues like problem with tire pressure, turn signals, etc.
But other things were good and we didn’t have any problems with the car. The communication with the company was definitely positive experience.

El auto no tenía rueda de auxilio ni baliza. Lo notamos al final cuando llegando al puerto tuvimos un inconveniente y el auto se detuvo
I am very surprised to see this review.he seemed very happy with the car the whole trip We contacted this person after we saw the review and he said he left this review because he left the car with more pertrol then he took it.
This is not our fault.he was told to bring the same level of petrol.
The car is new 2022 production.it did not stopped and never had any problems.
