We got another car than previously agreed to but it was even better because we got AT instead of manual. There were some issues with our car - one parking light bulb broke, the same with electric rear window which has to be closed with help ouf our hands :) The owner is helpful (brought the car to our hotel) and nice. And you can pay with card (if you want).
Good experience, Enrigenr was professional and helpful, we rent a car for 2 weeks and everything was perfect, i recommend him

The best service if you are looking for a last minute rental car. Fast booking and fast retire of the car, in august, the most busy month of the summer , he find me a car in less than 45 minutes from our landing , i can just say thanks and i have to reccomend this service to all people looking for a car at fair price.

He was late to the pick-up by almost an hour. We weren't made aware of that and had to wait at the meeting spot unknowingly. He replied to messages but only said he's coming and not that it would take an hour. He blamed the traffic and almost didn't rent the car to us after we told him it wasn't nice that he was so much late and didn't even tell us. Car worked fine but the back bumper patially popped off during our drive. This was a pre-existing issue but we were scared that he would try to charge us for it as he didn't mention them beforehand. Luckily we were not charged extra but we had full insurance. Drop-off was effortless and drop-off time was negotiable.
only a negative person can make this note, he only gets the car for 1 day, I told you that the car is at the airport, you reserved it at the last moment, I did everything to get to you as soon as possible, I tried it with the photos I left in traffic, you damaged the car that costs more than the one day reservation you made, you are just a negative person, but your comment does not spoil my work at all

La macchina era esattamente il modello richiesto (Clio). Abbastanza pulita negli interni. Qualche difetto ma segnalato (tramite foto)tranquillamente nella pagina di Rent From Locals.
Ci ha spiegato tutte le cose relative all'assicurazione completa.

5*. our flight was delayed 3,5 hours. Handover took 5 mins. Drop off at 4 AM at no charge. We had VW polo and was more than enough. 100% positive feedback from me.
