We booked a Ford Transit Custom for 7 days from this company. Everything went very smoothly and we were met at Tirana Airport, the staff was very helpful, the car was clean and tidy. No hidden charges, good price, recommend to everyone.

There were some hidden costs such as 10 euros for a car wash or full insurance which was not full, in case of a collision through my fault I would have to pay 25 percent. The representative who gave us the car and collected it did not speak English, but was nice. The car was comfortable and large, trouble-free, although older than the offer on the website stated. Unfortunately there was no washer fluid, and it was impossible to open the hood to top up. At the end the representative called me and told me to go back to the place where I returned the car, because in theory there was no car document in it. We did not take any documents out of the car, so all documents had to be in it, and besides we were in a hurry to catch a plane and could not go back. This should have been checked when returning the car. It was an uncomfortable situation.

It is specified int the contract that the car should be brought back in the same condition as picked up meaning it should be brought back cleaned. If it is not we only charge our clients a small 10 euro fee for the car wash which is up to you if you want to pay that or bring the car cleaned as it was delivered to you. Secondly while checking the car documents one of them was missing and our staff contacted you about it as it is your responsibility to not lose them. The washer fluid could have been over any given time. The car hood is not allowed to be opened under no circumstances. The car as you have written was the one ordered and in good condition, our staff was polite and very patient thus we do not understand why the negative review. Most of the issues came from things which you have caused and could have been avoided such as bringig the car in a dirty condition and loosing a car document.

Renting the car went smoothly; we got exactly what we ordered. Communication was excellent and quick, with pickup and drop-off taking about 15 minutes. The ABS warning lights were on in the car, but it didn't affect the ride or comfort. Before returning the car, we had it washed (sure, it wasn't perfect like at a car dealership), but we were asked to pay 10 EUR for a car wash. After we mentioned that we had washed the car, they returned our full deposit. I definitely recommend this car rental company—great service, good price, hassle-free pickup and drop-off. Thank you!

Due to technical problems, the car booked (Volkswagen Golf 7 Diesel/ Automatic) was replaced by another (Mercedez Benz Diesel/Automatic) without notice but no extra cost.
The communication with the car company provider was not good. Depsite I proposed a pick-up time and location (as well drop-off time and location) before the start of the rental, the car provider did not confirmed or called me late (using all my foreign SIM credit!), proposing other locations. Finally we communicate by WhatsApp but tge communication was still not better.
The pick-up was too long but the agent very professional and kind.
The drop-off was fast (no damages, clean car, fuel reservoir full, the agent remotely checked there were no fines), but the car rental manager refused to reimburse the extra fuel.
Note that the car renter company is used to retain 10€ as cleaning fee from the 100€ deposit even if the car is given back "clean" (normal dirt after use), which is not normal.

I would like to start with the fact that the proposed pick up and drop off locations were not a good find as there are almost no parking places and we couldn’t arrange the procedures in the middle of the street. So we found a middle ground which we both agreed to.
Secondly, we upgraded your car to a same spec mercedes benz b class 2017 with no extra cost.
You did not provide a way of communication and you were not responding on our messages on this platform so we had to call on your number to confirm every detail, as your number did not have WhatsApp and you did not provide one with. Finally you decided to reach out to us with your husband’s WhatsApp.
The fuel policy is very clear and stated beforehand. Same level as it is by pick up should by drop off.
It is clearly stated in the contract that the car should be brought back in the same condition meaning cleaned (outside and inside). We gently offer our clients a 10€ cleaning fee instead of them wasting their time with that but we do not force it if the car is brought back cleaned. I am pretty sure if you picked up your car and it wouldn’t have been cleaned, you would have been disappointed. Anyway we did not charge you one because you left more fuel than when picked up.
