Das Fahrzeug war in sehr gutem Zustand und ohne Probleme. Das Personal hat sich bemüht, der Service kann noch verbessert werden. Kein Transfer vom und zum Flughafen. Probleme beim Grenzübertritt, da keine gültigen Fahrzeugpapiere im Auto vorhanden. Büro war bei Rückgabe nicht besetzt, dadurch verspäteter Check-In. Vor Ort mehr bezahlt als online bei Buchung vereinbart. Insgesamt +/-. Positiv, wenn man weiß, worauf man achten muss.

Everything went super good, even better than we expected. The car was in a great condition.
It was also great that you can pick your own pick up and drop off location. The guys met us with the car at our airbnb, which was very practically for us. Also they were super friendly and you can easily write with them on whatsapp.
I would totally recommend to choose rentina :)

Appena arrivati in aeroporto..e venuto ha prenderci un loro collaboratore..ci ha portato la macchina ma non era quella che avevamo noleggiato (causa incidente)..bensì un'altra..x noi e stato meglio era ancora più bella xchè era più nuova..e andato tutto bene macchina perfetta

The only problems were that we had the obligation to call the police if we saw a new scratch (small ones too),
Be very careful and because they tried to make us pay for small scratches that were already there. Luckily I had made a video of the entire car around it.
On the other hand, I don't understand why it is mandatory to pay €10 when returning the car for cleaning. We have never had to pay for cleaning because we have always taken very good care of the cars.
On this occasion the car was very clean without sand or dirt, so I don't understand why we should pay €10

Thank you for your comments, comming to the points:
- scratches: if something happens to the car, you notify us and we let you now regarding the procedures that you need to follow.
We ask all our clients to check and make picture of the car before you sign the agreement, so everyone is ok. Also our guys check all the details and ask if you have had any issue.
- carwash: we inform every client that rents our cars since the beginning that cars are taken washed and need to bring them washed, otherwise needs to pay the fee (wash is antibacterial washing that costs 12€ in fact).
Regarding everything else, We are very happy that you enjoyed your holidays in Albania and thank for visiting our country.

Everything went as smoothly as possible. Car was nice and new, worked great. Communication with rental was easy, everybody speaks english, and even card payment was not a problem. Thank you guys for your service and support, especially when solving problem with pierced tire.
Everything went well and the car was brand new. Perfect car for holiday, lugage and for family with 3 children. The car was very economical. I recommend Rentina.

This was a really good experience. This is how it works:
I booked through Rent From Locals and communication was very easy. I actually picked up the car at EuropCar at Tirana Airport, from a Rent From Locals contact. This was the only part was annoying, because we were waiting almost 40 minutes for someone to arrive.
However, once we got to EuropCar, it took 5 minutes. We paid by card, checked over the car, and left. The guys were super nice and stayed in contact. The drop-off in Saranda was also easy. The car was exactly as pictured, immaculate and in perfect condition. We were requested to either get the car washed before return or give the person €10, which is quite reasonable (this is the same price as a car wash but saves time).
I really recommend renting from this person. The overall experience and price were great; good value compared to other car rental companies. Thank you!
