Ottimo servizio. Ci siamo trovati bene. Ci hanno atteso all'aeroporto, dove dopo aver pagato e lasciato la cauzione ci è stata consegnata la macchina e ci è stato fatto firmare un contratto scritto in italiano.

L'ultimo giorno, nella strada verso l'aeroporto la macchina segnalava il cambio olio. Ci siamo fermati al distributore e abbiamo comprato 1L d'olio per aggiungerlo visto che controllando con l'asta era poco l'olio all'interno. L'abbiamo pagato 15€ che poi ci sono stati restituiti alla riconsegna.

Ci sono stati chiesti 10€ per il lavaggio auto che non eravamo riusciti a fare e altri 10€ di benzina, anche se quest'ultima era stata fatta per riportare la tacca alla stessa posizione di quando abbiamo ritirato l'auto. La differenza è che il CDB segnalava 170km di autonomia residua contro i 270km di quando ci è stata consegnata, ma questo dipende dalla condizione di guida degli ultimi chilometri percorsi e noi eravamo in coda nei pressi dell'aereporto, per quello l'autonomia era scesa così tanto.

Al di là di questo, è andato tutto bene come da accordi. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti e consigliamo Besmir. Se torno in Albania e ho bisogno di un auto mi rivolgerò ancora a lui.

Besmir went above and beyond. I asked him if he knew where a foam shop was so i could get one fit to the back of the van he rented me and he not only went an got one but he got it covered with a sheet. He also answered several of my questions that had nothing to do with the van for a month prior to my trip to albania and throughout my entire stay in Albania. I now consider him a friend he is such a good person.

I really recommand Besmirl ! Everything was perfect. During our travel we had a problem (a flat tyre) and, at distance, Besmirl arranged everything to help us. He was very reactiv and helpful.
