Everything was great. Edmon is friendly and trustworthy. He showed us everything we needed to know about the car before we left. The car is small on the outside and spacious on the inside. It consumes little gas. Everything was great.

Macchina nel generale buona:
Pulizia: quasi pessima perché alla consegna il giorno uno c'erano bottiglie vuote,cibo nascosto sotto il sedile, macchie sul sedile posteriore (che il proprietario voleva incolpare noi) ma già presenti alla consegna della macchina.
Consumo auto: molto buono abbiamo fatto 800 chilometri tra strade in salita e in discesa. Pieno quasi di 70 euro.
Aria condizionata: va ha tratti, se si mette troppo alta non funziona più e va spenta nel grandi salite se no la macchina perde di potenza.
Guida: nel complesso guida piacevo anche se un po' rigida ma comunque molto fattibile fare molti chilometri.
Se siete delle persone che si adattano dire che come macchina va benissimo.
Cara Nora, apprezzo molto i commenti e i suggerimenti dei nostri clienti. Spesso abbiamo la necessità di condividere informazioni durante la nostra comunicazione, per soddisfare al meglio le richieste dei clienti. L'auto che avete noleggiato era buona, molto efficiente nei consumi, ma un po' piccola per le "grandi salite". Inoltre, a causa dei tempi ristretti del noleggio (l'auto è stata riconsegnata lo stesso giorno da un altro cliente), ho provato a pulirla a fondo io stesso, pensavo di aver fatto un lavoro accettabile, quindi rimango dispiacente sentire che l'avete trovata in " condizioni quasi pessime". Inoltre al termine della consegna ho fatto una domanda riguardando una macchia sul sedile posteriore, ma in nessun caso ho cercato di insistere o di colpevolizzare nessuno di voi. Ci scusiamo tuttavia se qualcuna delle vostre richieste non è stata soddisfatta. Spero che le vostre vacaze sono state belle e felici e sarei lieto di averti come cliente in futuro. Tout s'est bien passé de la prise de la voiture au retour,Eda est très disponible pour toute demande, j'ai rendu le véhicule avec un retard d'une heure et cela n'a pas posé de problème.je relouerai ce véhicule si je devais repasser à Tirana.Merci pour tout Eda
The car was very functional. Pleasant to drive and very fuel-efficient. I only filled up 1 tank for 940 km. Edi's son speaks very good English and welcomed us at the airport. The only downside was that Edi arrived more than 1 hour 30 minutes late for our appointment when we handed over the car. We almost missed our plane. But overall, the car was top-notch and well-maintained despite its age. Good value for money.
We were very pleased with our rental with Ed. Despite its age, the car was in impeccable technical condition and had low mileage. It was thoroughly cleaned and prepared for rent to us. Ed is very communicative, responds patiently and quickly in every matter. He is a very nice and helpful person. We reached an agreement on every issue without any problems, with mutual respect. Wspaniały, poważny, uczciwy i bardzo życzliwy Człowiek! Mieliśmy drobne zawirowania z autem, ale wszystko zostało załatwione z klasą i poszanowaniem naszego urlopowego czasu. Polecam ogromnie! It was a pleasure having Edyta and her family as guests. She had good communication and was a responsible and reliable person. She took care of the car and respected the schedule perfectly. Ardyta was supposed to leave the car at the airport, but due to a change of plans she dropped it off in the city and she did not wish to get the money back for that day. I appreciated her way of communicating with respect and friendliness. I have rarely had clients like her, and it will be a pleasure to welcome her family again in the future. We had a great experience with Ed and his Renault. Even having some minor issues, Ed was always helpful and available to solve any problem. We would definitely repeat with Ed!!

L'esperienza del noleggio con Eda è stata molto positiva in quanto il signor Edi si è dimostrato gentile, premuroso, puntuale e estremamente disponibile. L'auto noleggiata consumava poco carburante, era in buone condizioni, spaziosa e molto pulita. Consigliamo di rivolgersi a lui per un'esperienza di noleggio in totale serenità.

It was our first time to booked a car in Albania and we had so much luck to had Ed as the owner of the car.
We received the car clean (inside - outside), AC works perfectly and we didn't have any problem at all.
Ed was so generous that the first day left us the car in the airport and the last day ride us to the bus station. He was very communicative during our trip and he solve our questions about the car or any other things about the country.

Eda is a very polite and professional person, he gave all the information accurately and also useful advice, despite our flight delay he gave us assistance and waited several hours for the delivery of the car in airport which was in excellent condition.
