Everything went smooth from start to finish - Ilir is a very trustworthy guy, he is also very responsive and helpful. There were no issues at all. We travelled a lot using the rented car and it worked perfectly. I highly recommend this rental. We will definitely rent from Ilir again during our next trip to Albania!

There is no need to worry to rent a car from ilirs.

We agreed on the specific time to pick up the car. Our plane was delayed, but that was not a problem, because ilirs had the code of the flight so he knows where the plane is and when to come to the airport.

A few days ago I had an accident (not with the car). I was the only driver, so ilirs had to pick up the car in our hotel, although it was 200 Kms from Tirana. Later he visited me in the hospital to see if I am fine and don't need anything.
