El coche tenia mal el aire acondicionado y tuvimos que buscar por nuestra cuenta un taller para poder arreglarlo. Al final perdimos toda la mañana y lo pudimos cargar.
El resto todo ok.
Ilirs se ha portado bien y no tuvimos ningun problema con el.

We agreed on the specific time to pick up the car. Our plane was delayed, but that was not a problem, because ilirs had the code of the flight so he knows where the plane is and when to come to the airport.
A few days ago I had an accident (not with the car). I was the only driver, so ilirs had to pick up the car in our hotel, although it was 200 Kms from Tirana. Later he visited me in the hospital to see if I am fine and don't need anything.
