Il mezzo che avevamo prenotato aveva avuto un problema e klesti ha provveduto a fornircene un altro, al medesimo importo.

Very good contact. Klestip has problem with car Fiat Punto which I order, give me for the same money VW Golf 5 not perfect but workable (one week without any problem). What's more help me with one additional problem on airport. Big recommendation from my side.

Il servizio ha funzionato. Il ragazzo è stato super disponibile con noi, ha sempre risposto e anche l'ultimo giorno è stato molto flessibile con l'orario.

Attenzione solo alla macchina, ce l'hanno data senza olio motore e le gomme un po' sgonfie (erano disposti a ridarci i soldi indietro).

The guy had 30 minutes delay, gave us a contract in albanian, which we refused to signatured and gave us almost empty car. After putting gas into the car there were still orange indicators.

We were so confused and afraid of letting us somewhere in the middle of mountains.

Via whatsapp I send him a photo with the problem and immediately answered...

But all the time the controls were orange....

The team delivered the car and they fixed some troubles really fast (seat belt and battery and show us where to pump the wheels ) we enjoyed our trip. They are hard worker and people you can trust . Thanks!( We found that during the summer a lot of hotel car renting are rising the prices so high that we are thinking not coming back because even it was beautiful, it does not worth spending all that money ) thanks to rental car from local we had correct and honest prices .

Everything was perfect, good communication, easy Pick Up and even drop off in the middle of the night.

Car was perfect with two Seats for the children.
