Service was really nice. They dropped the car off at a hotel in tirana city center. They pickd it up at a hotel near the aitport 2 weeks later. No extra costs.

Good communication. Nice car. No problems!

The car was very old (224.000km) but solid and reliable.

Brake, gear, motor, lights, AC, and everything else was in working condition.

That car has a long life ahead.

Two suggestions for you to improve your service.

1) The meeting point at Tirana Airport (Jurgen hotel) is terrible.

There is no park available in front of the Jurgen hotel and the car must stop directly on the road. We experienced a not so good welcome in Albania because the police asked us to move the car as soon as the driver arrives for the pick up. This way we had no opportunity to check the car condition as long as we needed and to speak with the driver.

BTW why send a driver that doesn't know neither English nor Italian to deliver the car since we are Italian and we communicate with you in English???

2) When we returned the car an issue arose: we should have cleaned it up.

Nobody told us before and the contract was only in Albanian language, so I had to pay another 700 lek for a car wash. It was annoying.

And BTW I leave the tank with at least 1000 lek of more gas than I found. Shouldn't we go even (gas against cleaning)??? Shouldn't you tell us the cleaning thing before? Shouldn't you supply a translated contract at least in English?
