La macchina non è al meglio né di carrozzeria e ne di meccanica, questo ci ha impedito di fare alcune escursioni per paura che la macchina non lo reggesse, però è andato sostanzialmente tutto bene, consumi abbastanza ridotti.

I contacted Asa a month ahead of my trip and everything went smoothly from booking to car return. Communication was great, with Asa being very quick to respond to any queries, both through RFL platform and WhatsApp, even at late hours. Clear instructions were provided at pickup and return. No hidden fees or additional charges like excess or insurance - the price agreed at the begining was the final price (paid in cash at point of collection). The car (Ford Focus diesel) was in fair condition for its age considering its a rental and this is reflected in the price. If you're looking for no faff rental this is a solid alternative.

Everything was fine, thank you! The car is not new, there are scratches, cracks, it also sounds strange, but the owner assured that everything is okay. The smallest consumption was 4.3 liters on the highway, the largest was about 5. A full tank was enough from the airport to Ksamil, on the spot, also to Ghirokastra and Himara and back to the airport. We drove on an unpopular road to Himara and the road went up about 1 km, it was undulating and uphill to the village of Lekdush, it was scary, but the car coped with that road. Everything is great, I recommend it!

The process of picking up the car was very simple. We quickly collected it from the airport parking lot; the procedures took only 3 minutes, without any need for cards, deposits, or unnecessary hassle. The car was clean and in good technical condition, even though it was an older model. Returning the car was also very quick; we left it in the airport parking lot and within 2 minutes, we were at check-in. I 100% recommend this over the big-brand companies with deep pockets! :)
