On the originally agreed date and time of the pick up (airport at night), they couldn't find the car keys, so we agreed that they'll bring the car to our hotel the next morning. They did, but with 2h delay and poor communication about that.
We also had a situation with flat tire, which was solved well and our insurance covered it fully, so there was no issue, just a shame that there was no spare tire which could help us to deal with it faster and not having to wait for hours before someone came to fix it.
Generally the car was older with poor AC and didn't go uphill very well, especially in the mountains, so for that I'd recommend getting a newer car.
