Very good car and it arrived with 2 very good car seats as requested which is not always the case in Albania. The car was delivered early the evening before with no extra charge and picked up as requested at our hotel. Great communication from start to finish and this and another vehicle were returned with no problems after 5 days of use and our deposits were returned without issue. Thank you.
Evrin advised that due to a Presidential visit in Tirana that he would deliver the vehicles the evening before with no extra charge. The vehicle was as described and perfect for the 9 of us. It served us very well for a 5 day period around Tirana. The process from start to finish was excellent and I would have no problems recommending the service. Thank you for everything.

The rental office is a 5-minute walk from the airport, communication took place via WhatsApp, renting and returning the car without any problems. Très bon accueil à l’arrivée puis au retour Ervin ne voulait pas nous rendre notre caution prétextant que l’on avait abîmé la voiture malgré la vidéo faite dès le lendemain de la location en plein jour pour montrer l’état général de celle ci car la veille nous étions arrivés dans la nuit

The guy has the right to check the condition of the car , because the car was taken without full insurance. The guarantee has been turned to you after the assurance that the car was in good conditions.
