Evitate assolutamente questo noleggiatore! Oltre ai toni arroganti, l'unico "aiuto" ricevuto è stato un freddo "che Dio ti aiuti". Auto consegnata sporca e priva di attrezzature di sicurezza essenziali come il triangolo e il crick. Ho ritirato l'auto con 9 ore di ritardo per un volo cancellato (di cui li avevo avvisati), e dopo 4 giorni sono emersi problemi alla frizione, normale per un'auto che probabilmente aveva percorso oltre 400.000 km. Il gestore mi ha rimproverato, insinuando che avessi usato carburante scadente. L'auto non superava i 40 km/h, ma mi è stata negata l'assistenza stradale, lasciandomi bloccato in una zona pericolosa. Solo quando ho dovuto coinvolgere la polizia si sono mossi per sostituire l'auto, ma in un'altra città. Il carroattrezzi per spostare l'auto l'ho pagato io. Alla consegna, il gestore ha evitato di presentarsi, mandando un dipendente a chiedere soldi per lavare un'auto che ho usato solo 16 ore. Assurdo e inaccettabile! Sconsigliato vivamente.

Esperienza fantastica! Abbiamo noleggiato la macchina ad un prezzo eccezionale, Andi è venuto a prenderci all’uscita dall’aeroporto ed è di una cortesia e gentilezza impressionante. Si è messo a disposizione e dato dei consigli validissimi. Super consigliatissimo, per noi sarà un punto di riferimento per tutte le volte che torneremo in Albania.

Sierac is a trustworthy person but he needs to do better maintenance in the cars. Our car had no horn and the Air conditioning wasnt working.
Everything was perfect and correct from the beginning till the end. I highly recommend it.
Our experience with Siera Cars was incredible. Andi provides a service that goes beyond renting reliable cars. 5 hours into our journey we hit a rock and suffered a puncture in the middle of nowhere. In no time he had someone ready to deliver another tyre. Fortunately, the locals helped out and set us on our way. On our last day we had to return the Volvo in the morning, and had the rest of the day to kill in Tirana. Andi kindly offered us the car for the day. It didn’t end there however. Once we had returned the car we made our way to Durres to catch the ferry. It was then that my 13 year old daughter realised that she had left her phone in the Volvo. I called Andi and suggested sending money so he could post the phone to our home. Instead he made the half hour drive to deliver it to my incredulous daughter. I don’t understand how Siera Cars has so few reviews but hopefully this will help. Please consider Andi part of your family during your stay in Albania.
