Car was in very poor shape on the inside, dirty and gross, wipers needed replacement loooooooong time ago, no windshield washer fluid. I had an impression that noone ever gave a shit about its shape at all. Fortunatelly for me it didnt break and i made it to the destination but with the soul on my arm. The deal I received to sign had mistakes in my proper name, but even a car type, so i doubt it means anything in case of any trouble.

Everything went smoothly. There was no problem at all.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Ben,der Vermieter, kam pünktlich zum Flughafen,erklärte uns alles.Es verlief sehr unbürokratisch und schnell.Das Auto funktionierte die ganze Zeit zuverlässig.Wir hatten auch diverse Fragen, Ben war 24/7 mit WhatsApp erreichbar. Wir werden wieder die RentFromLocals wählen, wenn wir in Albanien sind.

Auto perfetta alla guida non ha mai dato problemi e tutto è andato liscio per le varie tappe , piccolo inconveniente dove ci hanno strisciato l'auto , ma Ben è stato molto tempestivo e ci ha subito aiutato, consentendoci di proseguire la vacanza , consiglio

Io e la mia amica ci siamo trovate molto bene con il servizio offerto: durante il viaggio verso l'Albania riceviamo il messaggio da Ben che purtroppo l'auto che era destinata a noi aveva subito un incidente, ma ci viene subito assegnata un'altra auto. Quando siamo arrivate in aeroporto il collaboratore di Ben ci aspettava lì e ci ha subito condotto alla macchina spiegandoci le info necessarie. L'unico problema che abbiamo avuto con l'auto è stato a causa nostra perchè purtroppo non ci siamo accorte di aver lasciato i fari accesi durante la notte, quindi il mattino seguente l'auto non partiva. Pere fortuna è stato rapidissimo l'intervento del collaboratore di Ben, che ci è venuto ad aiutare per risolvere il problema tempestivamente e senza volere nulla in cambio. Alla fine della vacanza abbiamo potuto lasciare tranquillamente l'auto nel punto prestabilito e lasciare le chiavi a un guardiano, perchè avevamo l'aereo di notte, e nonostante questo appunto non abbiamo avuto problemi per lasciare l'auto a qualcuno. In sostanza posso dire di essermi trovata bene sia con il proprietario dell'auto sia con il sito stesso, che è molto economico rispetto a molti auto noleggio che si trovano in giro.
Odbiór jak i zwrot pojazdu odbył się sprawnie. Samochód był w dobrym stanie nie stwarzał jakichkolwiek problemów. Wynajmujący miły i pomocny. Polecam wynajmującego.

The car was dirty inside and had almost 300,000 km with various related problems: it often turned off, it ran very slowly uphill, a broken mudguard that scraped on the ground, a stuck internal door handle, etc. We reported some of these problems to Ben who was available to replace the car for us during the trip but in order not to waste time we chose to take a risk and continue. We managed to complete the tour we had planned from Tirana to Saranda but with the worry of moving with an unreliable car.
The car was not dirty but it was washed and clean, also the car was damaged in the bumper which was not accepted by you and I did not discuss it with you so that you would not be left dissatisfied. Yes, the car has about 260,000 km, but the services were done on time and it works quite well. You didn't miss my support even though the car was in good condition, just to make you feel comfortable, I gave you the opportunity to bring you another car and exchange it. Also, if it was in the condition you say, it would not have been possible to cover 1200 km in 6 days. Anyway, thanks for your comment. We need these comments to continue moving better .
