We were very satisfied with this car rental company. We booked the car online and in less than 10 minutes the driver was at the airport with the car. Everything was done quickly and professionally. There was no problem with anything.

cheap rental cheap deposit nothing to say only small downside I had chosen a car with Bluetooth and in my car no Bluetooth no music during my week it was a bit rubbish apart from that great

Everything was perfect, we were able to pick up and drop off the car at our accomodation which was helpful for us. We rented a Hundai Accent, which was a really good car, it took us easily to Theth and lake Bovilla.
- A/C didn't work
- car was a bit dirty inside
- engine sound was very weird, we thought that it would break, but luckily it didn't
- otherwise everything was good
We needed to wait car about 2hours, but after this we got discount :)

Everything went really well. We had the car delivered to our accommodation and the communication was good and quick, so there were no problems at all.

Evrything ok
All communication was really good and we always knew what was going on. We opted for pick-up and return of the car directly at Tirana airport, which went reallly smoothly. In both occasions we spend with it just few minutes, no long waiting.
Just car was described on the website as with wifi, which it had not.
We got car with half-full tank and we were asked to return it in the same state. And we were asked to wash the car. Overall good experience, car was in good condition and I really appreciate the communication.
