Everything was perfect, we were able to pick up and drop off the car at our accomodation which was helpful for us. We rented a Hundai Accent, which was a really good car, it took us easily to Theth and lake Bovilla.
- A/C didn't work
- car was a bit dirty inside
- engine sound was very weird, we thought that it would break, but luckily it didn't
- otherwise everything was good
We needed to wait car about 2hours, but after this we got discount :)

Everything went really well. We had the car delivered to our accommodation and the communication was good and quick, so there were no problems at all.

Evrything ok
All communication was really good and we always knew what was going on. We opted for pick-up and return of the car directly at Tirana airport, which went reallly smoothly. In both occasions we spend with it just few minutes, no long waiting.
Just car was described on the website as with wifi, which it had not.
We got car with half-full tank and we were asked to return it in the same state. And we were asked to wash the car. Overall good experience, car was in good condition and I really appreciate the communication.

The car we were given matched the photos, but: on the website, it was listed as a 2013 model, while it was actually from 2010. The tires were worn, the material covering the gear shift was damaged and partially missing, and the remaining part was sharp. The car was supposed to have a GPS, but it did not. On the second day, a piece under the car started dangling and scraping on the asphalt. Additionally, for the driver, a driver's license was provided, and for the cross-border travel, both passports were handed over, but the insurance was made out to the person who did not have the license, which, of course, was never sent. When picking up the vehicle, they arrived an hour and a half late.

Firstly we apologized and we apologize again about the delay but it was out of our control due to an accident near the airport .
The car does not a have a navigation system,nowhere is stated that it has.
You traveled with our car on 3 different countries,the minor issue you had with the car was not caused by our mistake,we regularly do the maintenance amd check before any rental the vehicle ,but you drove on bad roads (verified by Gps),anyway the issue was so minor and we gave you assistance so it did not caused any delay or problem with you planned trip.Also it was covered by us, although it was caused by you.
Regarding the cross border authorization we made it with the passport you send,later on you said you needed on another passport the authorization and we made again on our expenses,we do not understand why you say it was never send,we can prove with our conversation on whatsapp,we also changed you only for one cross border,although you passed two,we expected a little appreciation for this but you did not even said thank you.
I highly recommend Xhenie and portal rentfromlocals.al. Overall, everything was handled great. There was a slight problem with meeting at the airport. Everything else were perfect: the car, price and contact.
